Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Training Coordinator at the Kendallville plant. This role develops, coordinates, tracks, and continually improves training programs to ensure staff are qualified, safe, and productive.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating employee training programs and maintaining training records.
• Ability to manage training timelines and ensure compliance with KHMS.
