Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Kirksville is seeking a manufacturing leader to guide department managers in labor usage strategies, reacting to production demands and deadlines to optimize resources and costs.

You will collaborate with HR, Engineering and Maintenance to reduce downtime, develop annual budgets, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and GMP standards across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Prior plant management experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and influence across all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Guide department managers in developing labor usage strategies to optimize resources.
• Communicate policy changes and strategies to management and plant personnel.
• Oversee development and implementation of companywide policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to Kraft Heinz policies, safety standards, and GMPs.
• Support continuous improvement efforts across the plant.
• Collaborate with HR, Engineering, and Maintenance to reduce downtime and improve processes.
• Assist in annual budgeting and cost analysis to meet financial goals.
