Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company Kendallville Plant in Indiana is seeking a Production Team Lead to drive shift performance, quality, and safety. You will coordinate with operators and maintenance to ensure smooth operations and sustained results.

You will lead continuous improvement efforts, apply 5S, centerline management, and root-cause problem solving while coaching and developing team members to sustain high performance and data integrity on the line.

Qualifications

• Initiative-taking and strong drive for results.
• Lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work in hot/humid conditions with starch/dust and egg.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and/or food processing, quality standards, hygiene, work safety.

Responsibilities

• Own results for clean, inspect and lube; centerline management system; 5S; integrity of process data; Oscar scrap elimination.
• Lead annual planning, weekly reviews/PDCA, and Level 1/2 meetings.
• Develop center line definitions and associated standards; craft control strategies for out-of-control situations.
• Lead root-cause problem solving on key process losses; coach teams on CIL, CLM, 5S, and Oscar systems.
