POET in Groton, SD is seeking a Plant Technician to operate and maintain our automated plant processing equipment on 12-hour shifts, following SOPs and safety rules. You will monitor the DCS, perform basic electrical troubleshooting, document logs, collect QA/QC samples, and support preventive maintenance while upholding food safety and quality.
