Job summary

Ash Grove Cement is seeking a Plant Technical Manager to lead all process technical operations at our cement facility. You will oversee mining, processing, automation, IS/IT/OT, QC, and capital projects, directing a team to optimize throughput, reliability, and product quality while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

You will collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering to meet KPIs, manage training, and develop engineers and interns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years cement plant technical experience.
Strong English communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of quarry mining, pyroprocessing, cement dispatch, and QC methods.
Experience in capital project management and plant automation systems.

Responsibilities

Lead process technical operations across mining, process, automation, IS/IT/OT, and QC.
Drive plant efficiency, cost reduction, and product quality while meeting EH&S standards.
Manage Technical Department and Interns; develop training programs.
Oversee capital projects and Five-Year Plan; ensure project delivery.
Collaborate with maintenance, production, engineering to hit KPIs.
