Job summary

Lozier is seeking a Plant Supply Planning Manager to oversee plant-level supply planning, production scheduling, inventory and material planning to meet customer demand. You will drive the SIOP process and coordinate with plant and corporate leadership to balance supply and demand, mitigate risks, and optimize inventory turns.

The role leads cross-functional teams, develops mid-to-long-term scenarios, and champions continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or another related field is preferred (Master is desired).
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in a supply chain role (manufacturing environment) when degreed; minimum of 13 years if non-degreed.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience leading teams within a complex supply chain or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of plant supply planning and production scheduling teams.
• Balance supply and demand, identify supply risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Establish and achieve plant-level inventory targets and support on-time, in-full service levels.
