Job summary

Lozier Corporation is seeking a Plant Supply Planning Manager in Indiana. The role leads supply planning and production scheduling, partnering with cross-functional teams to balance demand and capacity and optimize inventory across the plant.

Responsibilities include driving MRP process optimization, ensuring on-time delivery, and coaching a team of planners to improve planning accuracy and efficiency. A strong background in manufacturing planning is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or related field; master’s preferred.
• Experience in supply planning, production planning or scheduling in manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply planning and production scheduling teams across the plant.
• Develop and manage MRP horizon for the plant and communicate plans.
• Monitor inventory, capacity and service levels; drive cost reductions.
