Job summary

Lozier Corporation in the United States is seeking a Plant Supply Planning Manager to oversee plant-level supply planning, production scheduling, inventory, and material planning to fulfill customer demand. The role leads the SIOP process and the scheduling teams, partnering with plant and corporate leadership to balance supply and demand, mitigate risks, and drive service levels.

You'll coach and develop supply and production planners, push for continuous improvement, and establish inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain management, business, engineering or related field; master preferred.
• Minimum 9 years in supply chain; 13 years if non-degreed; 3+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership by championing Lozier's Mission, Vision and Core Values and teaching the Lozier Leadership Model.
• Build trust and confidence through honesty, integrity, authenticity, and consistent leadership.
• Effectively lead the development of the supply planning and production scheduling teams, promoting effective team communication and supporting and coaching employees in their career development.
• Develop supply planners to ensure supply planning is effectively managed across the full MRP horizon for the plant.
• Develop production planners and ensure proper use of planning and exception reports.
