Job summary

Harris is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the startup, stabilization, and scale-up of a new integrated manufacturing facility in the United States. You will own end-to-end plant performance, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and P&L, while driving workforce execution across multiple fabrication disciplines.

The role requires translating growth objectives into actionable production plans with a focus on predictable output and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup, stabilization, and scale-up of a new integrated facility with production readiness and discipline.
• Own end-to-end plant performance including safety, quality, delivery, cost, P&L, and workforce execution.
• Translate enterprise growth objectives into executable production plans for predictable output and on-time delivery.
• Establish capacity models, layouts, material flow, and scheduling for modular solutions.
• Lead lean initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and increase reliability.
• Develop and coach teams, drive change using ADKAR, and foster Harris culture.
