Job summary

Harris is seeking a Manufacturing Plant Manager to lead the build, launch, and scale of a new integrated facility designed to expand capacity and deliver high-quality solutions. You will own safety, quality, delivery, cost, P&L, and capital planning from day one.

Reporting to the VP of Industrialized Construction, you will drive lean manufacturing, establish production readiness, and guide teams through change toward operational excellence and ISO 9001:2015 readiness in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup, stabilization, and scale-up of the new facility to establish operating rhythms.
• Own end-to-end plant performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Translate enterprise growth objectives into executable production plans.
• Drive data-based decision-making with defined KPIs, visual management, and performance reporting.
