Harris Company seeks a Manufacturing Plant Manager to lead startup, stabilization, and rapid scale of a state-of-the-art facility in Houston, TX. You will own safety, quality, throughput, and cost, driving lean practices, structured problem-solving, and capital planning to support industrialized construction initiatives.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations, delivering predictable output and readiness for ISO

Qualifications

• Experience leading startup, stabilization, and scale-up of a new integrated manufacturing facility.
• Establish capacity models, layouts, material flow, and scheduling methods.
• Champion lean manufacturing to improve throughput, reduce waste and improve reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup, stabilization, and scale-up of a new integrated manufacturing facility.
• Own end-to-end plant performance including safety, quality, delivery, cost, P&L and workforce execution.
• Translate growth objectives into executable production plans and schedules.
• Establish capacity models, line layouts, material flow, and scheduling methods.
• Drive data-based decisions with KPIs, visual management and performance reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and cost reduction.
• Model and lead change using the ADKAR framework and develop team capabilities.
