Job summary

Harris is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to coordinate and track initiatives that scale manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. You will act as the central portfolio management resource, ensuring visibility, accountability, and progress across multiple workstreams from facility startups to process improvements.

The role does not own the technical solution or operations, but ensures the right work is planned, tracked, and completed, serving as the coordination and accountability

Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional programs and projects.
• Strong PM discipline: schedules, milestones, risk management, exec reporting.
• Able to coordinate across business development, operations, and leadership.
• Excellent communication; able to simplify complex moves into status updates.
• Comfortable in evolving processes, systems, and roles.
• Influence, coordinate, and drive execution across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate portfolio and program management across manufacturing and supply chain initiatives with clear ownership and milestones.
• Support facility readiness, plant setup, equipment planning, and fulfillment center development.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination and accountability from opportunity development to production execution.
• Develop clear initiative status reports, milestones, risks, blockers, and upcoming decisions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with divisions, manufacturing, estimating, engineering, facilities, and data teams.
