Job summary

Harris is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to coordinate and track multi-workstream initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain. This role acts as the central portfolio resource to maintain visibility, accountability, and progress for facility startups, equipment planning, and process improvements.

It does not own the technical solution or day-to-day operations, but ensures work is properly planned, tracked, and completed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional programs, projects, or operational initiatives.
• Strong project management discipline, including schedules, milestones, action tracking, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Ability to coordinate across business development, operations, and leadership teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex moving parts into clear status, issues, and decisions.
• Comfortable working in an environment where processes, systems, and roles are evolving.
• Ability to influence, coordinate, and drive execution across multiple functions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans with owners, milestones, and outcomes.
• Maintain portfolio visibility across manufacturing and supply chain initiatives.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, risks, and summaries.
• Provide leadership with clear status, dependencies, risks, decisions needed, and accountability gaps.
• Ensure teams are aligned on priorities, timelines, and next steps.
• Coordinate facility readiness, including layout, equipment, staffing, procurement, and launches.
