• Ability to lead teams and make decisions under pressure.
• Working knowledge of OSHA concepts and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct on‑shift production and safety/compliance to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Lead a team of operators and provide on‑the‑spot coaching.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality for orderly operations.
• Provide shift handovers and report KPIs to plant management.
