Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma and 3–5 years in a heavy industrial, hydrocarbon, or mining environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CMMS software; Ellipse preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with piping, valves, fittings, pumps, conveyors, and power transmission experience.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate safe work practices and lead on-shift activities to ensure plant safety.
Plan, prioritize, and assign work from weekly orders and shift plan; communicate tasks and parameters.
Monitor quality and inspect completed work; close out work orders and document performance for handover.
Identify deviations from operating plans and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Coordinate with plant personnel to unload/load materials efficiently and participate in process improvement initiatives.
