Job summary

Ag Processing Inc is seeking a shift supervisor for our refinery in St. Joseph, MO. You will oversee day-to-day plant operations, train staff, enforce policies, and ensure quality standards are met. Strong leadership, communication, and mechanical aptitude are essential.

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is currently hiring for a shift supervisor at our refinery in St. Joseph, MO. The person in this role will assist with the day‑to‑day operations through providing management support throughout the plant. The shift supervisor will also assist with training employees, enforcing company policies and procedures, and will ensure that quality standards are being met.

Requirements

• Experience in supervising employees through training and motivating.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
