Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
• Experience supervising employees through training and motivating is required.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed.
• Experience using computers and other office equipment is expected.
• Capable of sound decision making and initiative in a team setting.
• Technical degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide management support by supervising plant workers, including training, determining methods for work, and scheduling.
• Monitor and maintain processing supply inventory; document amounts on hand and complete orders.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Develop and manage projects as assigned by management.
• Attend company meetings and perform duties as assigned.
