You will oversee the on-shift represented crew, ensuring safety, environmental, and production standards with minimal supervision. The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, supervisory experience, and refinery process knowledge.

Responsibilities include directing daily operations, coordinating with management, driving safety culture, and mentoring team members to improve performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Emergency response experience and refinery knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations for assigned area/shift.
• Communicate effectively with hourly and management to facilitate smooth operations.
• Foster collaboration across teams and provide clear work direction.
• Promote safety and environmental compliance and operational efficiency.
• Lead incidents investigations and coordinate problem resolution.
• Develop and coach team members to maximize performance.
