Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Petrolia, PA facility. You will manage all maintenance work execution, directing mechanical crafts and contractors to ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and cost-effective field activities while meeting plant standards.

Responsibilities include leading toolbox talks, coordinating with planners and maintenance engineers, and driving reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of related job experience in maintenance.
• Refining or refinery/chemical plant experience preferred.
• Associate degree or technical certification in maintenance; mechanical engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all maintenance work execution safely and efficiently.
• Supervise mechanical craftspeople and contractors in the field.
• Conduct daily maintenance activities aligned with the schedule and communicate deviations.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA, PSM, and procedures.
• Monitor field progress, verify work quality, and reinforce safe practices.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety discussions to promote a strong safety culture.
• Provide feedback to planners to improve job plans and PM effectiveness.
• Coordinate outages and turnarounds with operations and planners.
