Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Petrolia, Pennsylvania facility. The role oversees all plant operations for the assigned shift, guiding hourly and management teams to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.

The position requires 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, knowledge of refinery processes, and SAP proficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this demanding environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of refinery/lubricants processes and safety standards.
• Experience using SAP for operations and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant operations for assigned area/shift.
• Lead and mentor crews to maximize safety, quality and productivity.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and incident investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all Operational Excellence requirements and procedures.
• Drive change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
