You will coach and supervise an operator team, manage start-ups and outages, and drive production targets while controlling costs.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in refinery operations and proven supervisory experience. High school diploma required; travel and physical tasks may be involved as part of

• Minimum 5 years refinery operations background.
• High School Diploma required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to direct and obtain work from multiple resources.

• Oversee all plant operations on shift for assigned area.
• Direct and coach operators during startups, shutdowns, and emergencies.
• Ensure environmental, health and safety compliance and identify and prevent incidents.
