Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or HS diploma with 4+ years in a lead role.
• 2+ years as supervisor in continuous manufacturing.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Able to train and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of hourly production staff to meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Provide resources and training to ensure safe, efficient task performance.
• Assign tasks to optimize team member capabilities; enforce PPE and SOPs.
• Conduct safety, GMP inspections and incident analysis within 24 hours.
• Participate in area and supervisor meetings and support emergency production when needed.
