Rise Baking Company, LLC seeks a Sanitation Lead (full-time) in Pleasant View, UT to head the sanitation team across shifts. You will develop schedules, manage training, and ensure clean, compliant facilities meeting FDA and customer requirements.

You will coordinate with QA and Production on allergen control, manage inventory and chemicals, and drive plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives while upholding budgets and performance goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred or equivalent sanitation program experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with GFSI, FDA, and State Department of Agriculture preferred.
• HACCP and PCQI certification preferred.
• Experience developing and managing to a budget preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Lead sanitation team across shifts including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain master sanitation schedules and daily housekeeping requirements, ensuring documentation.
• Ensure proper equipment sanitation and efficient startup through understanding of processes.
• Ensure all plant areas are properly sanitized and in good repair.
• Coordinate with QA and Production on validating allergen cleaning effectiveness.
• Manage sanitation inventory and budget; maintain inventory within limits.
• Oversee chemical control and supplier coordination for the sanitation dept.
• Ensure training is completed and documented; enforce safety programs across the team.
• Lead audits and contribute to continuous improvement of sanitation practices.
• Support overall food safety and plant safety programs.
