Job summary

Rise Baking Company, LLC is seeking a Sanitation Manager to lead the sanitation program at our Tucker, GA facility. The role emphasizes implementing, communicating, and sustaining plant sanitation systems while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

You will train staff, maintain the Master Sanitation Schedule, manage budgets and inventory for sanitation supplies, and collaborate with plant leadership to prepare for audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred and/or 4+ years of experience in implementing sanitation programs.
• GFSI, FDA, and State Department of Agriculture experience preferred.
• HACCP and PCQI certification preferred.
• Experience developing and managing to a budget preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve sanitation program to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Maintain and update Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Provide direction, training, education, and technical support for sanitation policies and procedures.
• Partner with plant management for successful audits and regulatory reviews.
• Monitor emerging issues related to sanitation and food safety.
• Manage chemical controls and inventory for sanitation supplies.
