Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in a food manufacturing environment or similar.
• HACCP and PCQI certified or willing to become certified.
• Operational knowledge of computers and MS Office applications.
• Ability to lead a diverse workforce and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily QA Technician activities and provide feedback and corrective actions.
• Assist in training QA Technicians and production on cGMP and safety.
• Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Maintain QA documentation and support audits and inspections.
• Lead environmental swabbing and lab sample coordination as required.
• Support certifications and regulatory inspections and audits.
• Act as backup for QA leadership in supervisor absence.
