Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a safety and training role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, FDA, USDA, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts and departments.
• Proficiency in training software, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs for all departments and shifts.
• Maintain training schedules, records, and compliance documentation.
• Lead safety incident investigations and track corrective actions to completion.
• Facilitate the plant safety committee and ensure representation and actionable takeaways.
• Develop and deliver OSHA-compliant safety training programs.
• Conduct routine safety and HACCP-related trainings and refreshers.
