Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Minimum 5 years with a Master’s or 8 years with a Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety or related field.
• Certified Safety Professional and Certified Industrial Hygienist preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessment programs and incident investigations to prevent hazards.
• Manage plant-wide safety processes and SOS program compliance.
• Oversee inspections, audits, and accident prevention plans.
• Develop KPIs and reports for safety performance to leadership.
• Direct ergonomics, fire safety, and training programs.
