Tyson Foods, Inc. seeks a Safety Leader to provide strategic direction for the plant's safety and sustainability initiatives.

You will advise site management on the Safety Management System and lead continuous improvement across programs, training, and incident avoidance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in environmental safety, with strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and risk management practices.

Competenze

• This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of progressive experience in environmental safety and sustainability management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard communications, and incident investigations.
• Familiarity with PSM/RMP safety practices and industry best practices.

• Direct and improve site safety programs to minimize losses and incidents.
• Lead OSHA compliance efforts and drive safety culture across the plant.
