Tyson Foods in Rogers, AR seeks a Safety Leader to drive the plant's safety strategy and culture. You will lead safety programs, ensure OSHA compliance, and partner with the Plant Management Team to sustain a safe, healthy operation.

The role requires hands-on inspection, program design, and proactive risk reduction. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in safety and sustainability, with strong communication and supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or Industrial Technology or related field, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in environment safety and sustainability management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety training methods.
• PSM and RMP knowledge is advantageous.
• Proficient computer skills and safety software familiarity.
• Excellent communication and supervisory abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead plant safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop proactive local safety strategy and sustain a healthy, safe operation.
• Implement and monitor OSHA compliance, ergonomic programs, and safety training.
• Inspect equipment and conditions; report violations and implement corrective actions.
• Promote safety culture, train teams, and coordinate with Plant Management Team.
