Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Michigan to keep production equipment running and improve OEE. You will lead preventive and predictive maintenance, supervise staff, and ensure safety compliance under HSE guidelines and IATF 16949 standards.

You will maintain records, mentor personnel, and drive continual improvements, MTTR/MTBF, and spare parts inventory while ensuring 5S housekeeping and support for expansions. Strong leadership and hands-on problem solving are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in keeping production equipment up time and complying with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and environmental regulations.
• Ability to lead and train maintenance staff and coordinate with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Keep machine uptime and OEE per norms; continually improve.
• Ensure safety of employees and equipment, follow HSE guidelines.
• Troubleshoot equipment to keep production smooth; support objectives.
• Install and maintain machinery and equipment; oversee contractors.
• Maintain records and charts per SOP and QMS. Ensure 5S housekeeping.
• Manage preventative and predictive maintenance; schedule and record activities.
• Direct, train, and evaluate subordinates; drive continual improvements (MTTR/MTBF).
• Coordinate with purchasing for spares, tooling and supplies; maintain critical spare parts inventory.
