Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline is required.
- 10 years manufacturing environment experience preferred.
- Experience in a complex maintenance leadership role interfacing with plant leadership, corporate manufacturing performance, and unionized employees.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the Maintenance Team to maximize reliability of plant equipment.
- Lead maintenance-oriented improvement projects moving from reactive to proactive.
- Incorporate World Class Manufacturing (WCM) techniques into maintenance systems.
- Develop and maintain a proactive preventive maintenance program to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Develop strong working relationships across all plant personnel.
