Qualifications

• High school diploma required with strong attention to detail.
• 10+ years hands-on maintenance and repair experience.
• Experience supporting material handling and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, direct, and lead maintenance activities for buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Create and adjust maintenance schedules; expedite tasks to minimize downtime.
• Stage tools, supplies, and materials so jobs start on time and finish safely.
• Champion safety: enforce procedures and complete incident reporting promptly.
• Spot and escalate urgent work; communicate priority projects clearly.
• Open/close the building or yard as operational needs require.
