The role leads engineers, trades, and laborers, coordinating maintenance plans and budgets while aligning with engineering on new installations and ensuring GMP/food safety compliance across operations.

Qualificações

• BS degree in electrical or electrical-mechanical engineering from ABET-accredited institution.
• 7+ years in building trades and maintenance; 10+ years in landscaping/building work preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, sketches and detailed drawings.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Directs workers in maintenance, repairs and painting; assigns duties and ensures specifications are met.
• Oversees maintenance of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Develops and executes a plant reliability strategy with a budget for predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinates with Engineering on new installations, maintainability and modifications.
• Ensures GMP and food safety compliance and maintains clean, safe work environment.
