Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (electrical or electrical-mechanical) from ABET school.
• 7+ years in building trades, maintenance, and repair work.
• 7+ years in building maintenance practices and methods.
• 10+ years with landscaping/building materials and tools.
• Ability to read blueprints, sketches and drawings.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and rotating shifts.
• Must speak English; Spanish a plus.
• Good manufacturing practice knowledge and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Directs workers in repairing, building and painting; assigns duties and checks quality.
• Oversees maintenance of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems and controls.
• Maintains grounds and exterior structures; prepares cost and material reports.
• Develops and executes reliability programs, budgets, and spare parts strategy.
• Coordinates with engineering for new installations and maintenance improvements.
• Promotes food safety culture and compliance with GMP and HACCP.
