Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc. in West Fargo, ND is seeking a Site Maintenance and Reliability Leader to manage maintenance of plant assets, drive reliability and minimize downtime, while ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.

You will lead a team of professionals, deploy continuous improvement, set long-term reliability plans, and collaborate with operations to achieve short- and long-term facility objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively within multiple levels of the organization to influence and collaborate.
• Working knowledge of local and regional safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Minimum of six years of related work experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement, deploy and oversee maintenance and repair processes with best practices.
• Deploy a continuous improvement process to manage risk and losses.
• Promote a performance monitoring system with asset reliability metrics.
• Develop a long-term reliability plan to improve facility results.
• Contribute to capital planning and ensure resources for maintenance.
• Lead and develop a team of professionals, coaching and staff decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.
