Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively across levels to influence and build collaborative partnerships.
• Working knowledge of local and regional safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Minimum of five years of related work experience in a food manufacturing plant.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing plant.

• Oversee maintenance and repair processes for assets.
• Implement continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Develop and monitor asset reliability metrics and plans.
• Contribute to capital planning and manage maintenance costs.
