Job summary

Bunge Morristown site in Indiana seeks a Reliability Manager to lead the reliability function, directing maintenance resources, budget, and strategic asset care. You will drive life-cycle cost improvements and ensure proactive reliability initiatives across the plant.

The role requires a strong background in maintenance systems (SAP PM/CMMS), RCA, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and asset optimization at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science with 7+ years in reliability/maintenance.
• Minimum Level 1 certification in oil analysis, vibration analysis, ultrasonic, or thermography.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Failure Modes & Effects Analysis required.
• Experience with standard corporate maintenance workflow processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Root Cause Failure Analysis reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develops and controls the maintenance budget to optimize capacity and reliability.
• Ensures standard reliability and maintenance processes are followed.
• Manages the reliability workforce and training programs.
• Oversees spare parts warehouse and inventory optimization.
• Benchmarks performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Executes change management and Management of Change processes.
