The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and continuous improvement, with collaboration across Operations and Engineering to achieve long-term objectives. A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing experience in an industrial environment with progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plant maintenance and reliability strategies to support long-term business objectives.
• Lead site’s overall maintenance organization; including maintenance supervision, reliability personnel, maintenance planning and scheduling personnel, storeroom personnel, mechanical integrity staff, nested contractor resources/trades, and other additional technical resources.
• Manage and provide overall ownership of the plant maintenance budget, workforce planning, contractor strategy, MRO strategy, and capital maintenance planning.
• Provide oversight of plant maintenance safety processes and procedures; including permitting, risk assessments, audits, and compliance standards.
• Provide strategic leadership for major shutdowns, turnarounds, and maintenance projects; including scope development, resource allocation, risk management, and budget oversight.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to maintenance supervisors and technical personnel to resolve complex equipment and operational issues.
• Drive reliability, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize asset performance and maintenance effectiveness.
• Establish and monitor maintenance and reliability performance metrics; including backlog management, work execution, scheduling effectiveness, and equipment reliability.
