Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager in Pueblo, CO, to lead a 35-person team and drive an asset reliability strategy. You will shape a 5-year roadmap for equipment, infrastructure, and automation while ensuring safe, efficient operations across the site.

The role focuses on deep CMMS utilization, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Lean, and Supply Chain to achieve takt and uptime targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive maintenance and facilities engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience overseeing supervisory staff and trades across multi-shift operations.
• Proven track record delivering complex capital equipment installations and building infrastructure projects ($500K+).
• Technical & digital: CMMS and data analytics to optimize PM/PdM schedules; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 35-person multidisciplinary team across maintenance, electrical, mechanical, and facilities services.
• Embed safety, Lean, 5S, and autonomous maintenance into daily shop-floor cadence.
• Drive asset care strategies and root-cause problem solving to reduce downtime and improve MTBF/ MTTR.
• Lead CapEx planning and execution from conception to commissioning, including scope, bids, milestones, and budgets.
• Oversee vendor management, contracts, and procurement for site upkeep, services, and spare parts.
