Trane Technologies plc is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Group Leader to provide leadership and hands-on engagement to develop and implement production process methods for the Pueblo, CO operations. Lead the full spectrum of engineering manufacturing, focusing on engineering excellence to meet plant objectives and growth plans.

You will oversee talent development, process improvement, and compliance with BOS and TTPPM standards while driving capital projects and cross-functional

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum five years of manufacturing plant experience.
• MS degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership of projects and teams.
• Knowledge and use of engineering standard work (BOS).

Responsabilidades

• Improve quality and manufacturing process concepts.
• Plan resources and annual departmental budget.
• Justify capital requests and analyze production capacity.
• Implement capital equipment and run-offs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive results on schedule and budget.
• Support New Product integration into processes.
• Maintain PFMEA and update process documentation.
• Provide engineering support for Ready to Serve/engineered products.
