Trane Technologies plc in Pueblo, CO is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Sustaining & Lifecycle Engineering team. You will guide the evolution of our air-cooled and water-cooled chiller products, drive strategic design improvements, and mentor a high-performing engineering group onsite.

The role emphasizes cost and quality through VAVE, cross-functional collaboration, and rigorous validation, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience in a formal management role is highly preferred.
• Hands-on design experience in product development or sustaining engineering in heavy industrial or HVAC environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own post-launch technical strategy for air-cooled chiller portfolio and drive design-driven projects.
• Lead VAVE initiatives with cross-functional teams to improve cost and quality.
• Serve as engineering escalation point for complex reliability and manufacturability issues.
• Mentor and develop an engineering team and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Coordinate with NPD, Sourcing, Quality, and Manufacturing on engineering changes.
