TRSA | Association for Linen, Uniform and Facility Services Industry in Cleburne, TX is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee plant and facility maintenance for a 68,000 square foot site, manage installation and upkeep of equipment, and plan budgeted facility modifications.
The role leads a maintenance team of 5–15, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, coordinates with production managers, and drives cost-effective repairs and capital projects.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 5+ years in industrial maintenance/management.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electronics (PLC), HVAC, carpentry, welding, machining and fabricating.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects and communicate effectively.
