Qualifications

• 2-year technical college degree or certificate in related discipline or equivalent business/work experience.
• 2 years experience managing a maintenance staff.
• Basic equipment maintenance knowledge: electrical, plumbing and large machinery required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain plant equipment and facilities.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Market Center teams on maintenance issues and projects.
• Supervise maintenance staff and allocate resources to minimize production disruption.
