Job summary

Rehrig is seeking a Reliability Manager to safely lead maintenance and tooling, acting as the local champion for the Plant CMMS (UpKeep). The role focuses on improving mean time between failure, reducing downtime, and driving KPI improvements across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

You will manage preventive maintenance, budgets, and staff workflows, while fostering safety, training, and cross‑functional collaboration within the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering preferred or 8+ years of technical management experience required.
• Proven ability to utilize root cause analysis techniques for problem solving.
• Proven ability to develop and implement processes from ground up.
• Ability to read Hydraulic and Electrical schematics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.
• Utilize CMMS to manage staff workflow and spare part inventory.
• Develop and manage budgets and improve KPI performance.
• Drive kaizen events and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Oversee contractor management and safety compliance.
