Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company seeks a Reliability Manager to safely lead maintenance and tooling, providing both reactive and proactive multi-skilled support for all plant equipment.

The role champions the Plant CMMS (UpKeep) and leverages it to drive KPI improvements, optimize downtime data, and implement improvement plans with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership in safety and lean methods is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering preferred or 8+ years of technical management experience.
• Proven ability to utilize root cause analysis techniques for problem solving.
• Proven ability to develop and implement processes from ground up.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional technical teams and facilitate progress.
• Familiar with UpKeep or other similar software to drive work orders is beneficial.
• Mechanical and electrical basic tool experience (hand/ power tools).
• Ability to read Hydraulic and Electrical schematics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and tooling to provide reactive and proactive maintenance for all plant equipment.
• Serve as local champion and administrator for the CMMS UpKeep.
• Oversee adherence and timely completion of work by technical personnel.
• Drive kaizen events and lean manufacturing efforts across the facility.
• Develop and manage monthly and annual maintenance budgets.
• Manage spare parts inventory and staff workflow via CMMS.
• Ensure safety and compliance with SOPs and company values.
