Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking a Reliability Manager to safely lead the maintenance and tooling functions on all plant equipment. You will serve as the local champion for the CMMS UpKeep and oversee timely work orders and data accuracy.

This role focuses on improving mean time between failure and downtime, developing budgets, and implementing lean manufacturing initiatives while aligning with safety and SOPs. Strong engineering background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in maintenance.
• Familiar with predictive and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance across plant equipment.
• Manage CMMS UpKeep for work orders and KPI tracking.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets.
• Drive kaizen events and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure safety and compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Coordinate with contractors and staff to improve uptime.
