Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Plant Manager (RSO) to lead the day-to-day operations with a people-centered approach, driving safety, quality and productivity while building a high-performing team. You will oversee plant operations, ensure compliance with safety policies, and champion the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities include managing capital projects, integrating Kaizen/PDCA/A3 methodologies, and maintaining an operational excellence mindset across budgeted resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a manufacturing plant or similar leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to team development and operational excellence.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead with empathy and prioritize the well-being and development of all team members.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety & sustainability policies; conduct regular safety checks.
• Integrate continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, PDCA, A3) into daily work.
• Develop and manage capital improvement projects and CI trackers.
• Maintain operational excellence in quality and productivity and manage plant resources within budget.
