The Mennel Milling Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager II to lead the Fostoria flour mill maintenance team. You will drive reliability, safety, and efficiency of equipment and infrastructure, while shaping maintenance strategies and guiding a skilled workforce.

You will manage preventative/predictive programs, schedule resources, and uphold GMPs and safety standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree in Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience within food, feed, grain, or flour milling environments.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the maintenance organization for the Fostoria milling facility ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies that support operational excellence.
• Manage payroll approvals, time-off, leaves of absence, and apprenticeship program tracking per labor agreements.
• Supervise preventative and predictive maintenance, project planning, and emergency repairs.
• Support and develop Maintenance Apprenticeship Program and mentor staff to build a skilled workforce.
• Coordinate maintenance resources to support plant operations and projects.
• Drive cost control, budgeting, and inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and external vendors to sustain maintenance excellence.
