Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Dallas, TX seeks a Reliability Engineer to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance strategies across the plant. You will identify chronic issues, lead RCAs, and implement sustainable corrective actions.

You will develop PM/PdM programs, deploy CBM tools (vibration, thermal imaging, oil analysis), monitor KPIs, and partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Production and Quality to lower total cost of ownership while ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
• Reliability or Maintenance certification (CMRP, CRE, CRL) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze failures and chronic breakdowns to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain life-cycle plans to maximize uptime and reduce costs.
• Lead RCA methods (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, Pareto) and implement improvements.
• Build and monitor PM/PdM programs for critical assets.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, production and quality teams.
