Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and respond to callouts as needed.
• Read, write, and speak English; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Review maintenance work and develop best practices.
• Support plant goals by recommending reliability improvements.
• Assist with furnace repairs, rehabs, and rebuilds as needed.
• Support capital and expense projects from scope to execution.
• Maintain piping, valves, gaskets, and related equipment specs.
